ClicksAndWhistles is an IRC client that started development way back in 2007 (predating neoGFX by a decade). v2.7.154 is the latest version currently being used in the wild. v3.0 of ClicksAndWhistles is a complete rewrite that uses neoGFX for its GUI components and will be released as a fully open source neoGFX sample application as part of neoGFX 1.0.
